Description
This easy blueberry ice cream topping mixes orange zest, juice, honey & blueberries together for a fantastic summer dessert offering.

- 2 1/2 cups blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of good honey
- 1 zest from a medium orange
- 1/2 the juice from medium orange
- Mint leaves, optional garnish
Instructions
- Put the blueberries in a large bowl.
- Using a microplane zest one medium orange and add zest to the bowl. If you don’t have a microplane, just use the smallest side of a box grater to zest it.
- Cut the orange in half and juice half of it right into the blueberry bowl.
- Add the honey to the blueberry bowl. Mix to combine the ingredients.
- Spoon on top of vanilla ice cream and garnish with mint leaves, if using. Drizzle a little extra honey on top if you want.
- You can also mix this into your morning yogurt. Enjoy!
