Spring and summer bring about this time where we shift from thinking of big plates of lasagna and meat pies to big bowls of salad, right? My brain goes through this every year. By the end of April, I'm craving my greens: romaine, arugula, micro, butter lettuce - you name it, I want it. Dressings, greens, veggies, crunchy things, chewy things, these are all things I love with my salads. So I thought I would offer up my best spring and summer salads and dressings for you. Enjoy!
